Somewhere To Bloom Update

I hope you’re doing well.

Unfortunately, I have some news you needed ASAP regarding Circle of Friends Book Three. The date for SOMEWHERE TO BLOOM is changing. The formatter I was scheduled to use reached out to me on Saturday. She and her immediate family have come down with COVID so she’s cancelling all projects until further notice.  Obviously, my heart and prayers are with them. I selected this formatter because she’s also an illustrator. I did have my heart set on the cover image drawn for each chapter page, but we’re moving on now. I was finally able to get someone else, so we could still release this month. She’s graciously agreed to work me into her schedule. I understand this is a bummer; however, we’re living in unprecedented times so your continued patience is very much appreciated.

2/22/22 UPDATE: The new release date is 3/9/22.

It kills me to have to postpone the date again but ever since I had my surgery (mentioned below) five days ago, I’ve been in constant pain due to an infection. I haven’t been able to give my undivided attention to rereading the formatted version, especially with the meds I’m taking (drowsiness). I have four more days left of taking them which means I’m out of commission until then. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the preorder. You will not be charged for it. I promise to make it up to you.

The second thing is my health. I’m having hand surgery mid-month and will be using the rest of February to recuperate. I’d hoped to be doing my third release of the year by then, but I’ve been living with this discomfort for far too long. It’s best I address this problem now. I’ll share more with you about that adventure in my next newsletter.

Circle of Friends Book 2 is on hand for your listening pleasure! Click here to enjoy.

Well, that’s all for now!

Please stay safe and hopefully, in good spirits ❤

Praying for your full recovery from the surgery and for your formatter and her family. We understand the unprecedented times we are now living in. I’m so thankful that you and other authors are still writing because it really helps us, your readers during these times! We’ll always be here! ❤️💕🙏🏽
