Happy Sunday!
It’s the first day of Spring and March Madness is in full effect downstairs in my house. This weekend I slaughtered (there honestly isn’t a more appropriate word for what I did to them) a batch of Ted Lasso biscuits. I finally caught up on Invasion and Killing Eve and finished reading All We Can Save. How are you spending the weekend? I’d love to hear about it in the comment section.
I’ve got 1/3 of my WIP complete! Presently, I am sitting here contemplating how taboo Fern & Guy actually are. Maybe forbidden is the right word? Either way, it was wrong all day long. He was falling for his brother’s wife, and the feelings were mutual, yet unspoken. Granted, no lines were ever crossed, blurred possibly, but Guy had the good sense to pull back. Thankfully, no one noticed…or did they?
This season I’ll be wrapping up the last bachelor’s adventure from the Men of Whiskey Row Series in a Baymoor Trilogy. That’s right, not one, but three stories for you to fall in love with! It’s got a few surprises. Secrets are spilled, revealing some things weren’t quite as they seemed. Below are my featured couples.
- Guy & Fern – novella (let’s be honest, are my novellas really novellas? See Time, Love & Tenderness. Sheesh. Besides, I’ve been laying the groundwork for them since The Pursuit of Happiness.)
- Renee & Tavish – happy for right now
- Tim & Ingrid – happy for right now
Things to expect:
- Steam
- Laughs
- Sweet tears
- A Baymoor / Whiskey Row mess around. It’s always a great time when everyone comes together. No one’s looking forward to it more than D.J., lol.
- Did I say steam already? Oh, cool. Consider yourselves doubly warned then.
As previously stated, I was worried for a long time about couples who weren’t talking to me. Since I spend enough time with them to know who they are and what they need, my goal is to make everything current across the board. From now on, if I see an opportunity to move the needle, I’m taking it! No more waiting games here. Title and Cover reveal coming in next month’s newsletter. Not signed up yet? FYI:
SOMEWHERE TO BLOOM is out in the wild! If you haven’t read it yet, pick it up and get lost in Kismet Cove with Tommy & Jade for a couple of hours. Thank you so much to all who have read ❤
Have a great week!
Sincerely,
D. A. Young
Hi D.A.
Guy and Fern, Renee and Tavish…I eagerly wait the release of every book you gift us with. I am anticipating the whirlwind journey Guy and Fern’s story takes us on. I know it is going to be a fantastic ride. So happy they are ready to share their stories with us. Ready to sit back, immerse myself in their stories and enjoy the ride.

Yay! So excited for the upcoming couples. Always a good time.
But I have a question…. are Kendra and Emir flexing their mental muscles yet…. not only their relationship but the rest of the story on who is still taking out the individuals responsible for their parents death…. hmm…I thought it was Zafira but she’s been locked down in the Row…. inquiring minds want to know😂😂

Hello!
Yes, Emir & Kendra are talking big time. About the same amount as Savvy & Linc. I took a vote on IG and B.P. won as my next project after Baymoor. So, Emir & Kendra will be coming this fall with another global adventure. There isn’t that much more revenge left to extract now that the main villain has been taken out. That’s a good thing since there’s a bigger threat on the horizon 😉
